Payment Terms

To confirm reservations a deposit of 50% of the total cost of the package must be received by Adventurenica.

We request deposits as soon as the client is committed to take the tour to guarantee all elements of the trip. Payments can be made via bank wire transfer, Western Union, Paypal or by credit card using an authorization form. Instructions will be sent to the customer upon trip booking.

All deposits are refundable minus a 15% charge until 30 days before the tour start date. If a trip must be canceled less than 30 days before the arrival date no refunds are promised, although we will do our best to refund as much as possible on a case by case basis.

The balance of your payment can be made upon arrival with credit cards, paypal or in cash. Checks of any kind are not accepted.
